Who we are
- SCM Integrity First Companies (SCM), is a family-owned company specializing in new construction, property management, real estate, and community development through revitalizing existing neighborhoods. SCM is committed to giving back to the community, supporting home ownership, community building, mentoring, financial wellness, and education. SCM believes home ownership is key to building generational wealth. Our goal is to create and promote safe, sustainable, and uplifting communities. Founder/CEO Dr. Shenequa C. Miller started the company based on a vision God shared with her to implement the project in her hometown of Gilmer, Texas; specifically, in the community her parents once lived.
